Under 13 Yuvi made his debut in the Sunday team in 2017 against Chatton playing in the match with his father Parag. Made his 2XI debut in August 2019 aged 14, top scoring with 24 against Stobswood in just his third match.

Started the delayed 2020 season with his first fifty for the club with 54* against Seaton Burn and followed up with 49 in his first century partnership with Thomas Reeman against Whitley Bay.

Became just the third player and first since Rob Sowler (in 1989) to score a century for the club in junior 20 over cricket with 112* against Shotley Bridge Under-18s in August 2022 winning the JW Parker Junior trophy for the performance.

Moved to Newcastle for the start of the 2024 season but still played in a couple of friendlies before returning for 2025. Scored 94 for the 1XI in a 20 over cup match at Bates Cottages, the stand of 156 for the 3rd wicket with Shahid Khan is the highest 1XI partnership in 20 over matches.
