Brendan Rafter

Brendan joined the club towards the end of the 2008 season but the constant bad weather prevented him playing. Debuted in the friendly team against Prudhoe at the start of 2009. Against KSTOB bowled 8 overs for just 4 runs taking four wickets before returning to Australia during the season. Further bad weather prevented him playing in 2010.
Plays for the club when he visits from Australia, playing 2012 and again in 2014 where he set an Eagles 7th wicket record partnership of 69 with Andy Morgan against Whitley Bay with his first fifty for the club. |
