Hamish Miller

Hamish joined Ponteland in 1978 playing 5 games and scoring an unbeaten 89* against Bomarsund. Hamish was the first (and up to 2010 only) player with First Class Cricket experience (1962-1973) to represent Ponteland, having played for Glamorgan,Orange Free State and Western Province (records) finishing with a bowling average under 30 taking 76 wickets. Died in 1997.
