Richard Hopper

Richard made his debut in the Friendly team in 2001, after a series of impressive bowling performances progressed in to 2XI and into 1XI before finishing in the juniors. Injury cut short the 2003 and 2005 seasons. Has not played a game since August 2005. The undisputed Club Hypochondriac!!

A level 2 ECB qualified coach Richard worked alongside Phil Hall in the 'Chance to Shine' programme that Ponteland joined in 2008. Now works for Durham County Cricket Club.
