Mark Gillespie

Mark made his debut aged 14 in the friendly against Genetics in 2006, scoring an unbeaten 32. He made his 1XI and 2XI debuts in the 2007 season. A football goalkeeper initially at Newcastle United's Academy Mark signed a YTS contract with Carlisle United early in 2008 and as a result will play no cricket for the duration of his contract. Contract was renewed in June 2012 and spent the majority of the 2012-13 season as first choice keeper.

Joined Newcastle United in 2021, spending 2 seasons at the club.
