A1 to Alnwick, follow the road into Alnwick to the second roundabout and turn right A1068 to Alnmouth and Lesbury. At the first roundabout go straight on the at the second turn left to Alnmouth and the ground is on your left in 200-300m as the road starts to bend slightly right. If you cross the estuary bridge you've missed it. |

A1 North to Alnwick. Turn 1st left off the sliproad into Willowburn Avenue. Turn left into Weaver's Way. Ground is 100m up this road. |

Ashington |
Leave the A1 north at Morpeth and head into the town centre. Cross over the river and turn right at the mini roundabout. Turn left at the next roundabout and straight on at the third. Stay on this road (A197) for around 1.5 miles then turn right signposted Pegswood. Follow the A197 to Ashington. At the double roundabout turn right at the first and right again into Station Road at the second. Follow station road to the traffic lights and turn right into Kennilworth Road. The ground is 200m down this road |

Backworth |
Leave Ponteland on the Berwick Hill Road. At the T-junction at the end of the road turn right. At the roundabout take the second left (A19). Follow this road south to the Killingworth / Camperdown exit (A1056). Turn left at the end of this slip road then at the t-junction turn right towards Backworth B1322. Drive through the village and stay on the main road round a sharp right corner. About 200m along the road turn right into the Welfare. The cricket ground is along the track to the left. |

Benwell & Walbottle |
Leave Ponteland along Callerton Lane. Cross over the A69 and head to Throckley. Turn left at the roundabout towards Walbottle. After around 500m turn left into Walbottle Campus. Go through the gates and turn left at the junction. Follow the road round. The pavilion is the low red building with the car par behind it. |

Benwell Hill |
Leave Ponteland heading towards Newcastle. Join the A1 at Kingston Park heading South. Leave A1 after 2 junctions, signposted Newcastle and A186. The ground is located halfway up the large bank on the West Road (A186) into Newcastle, approximately 1/2 a mile from the A1 junction. Turn right before the traffic lights to enter the ground. |

Blagdon Park |
Leave Ponteland on the Berwick Hill Road. At the T-junction at the end of the road turn left. The old entrance is currently closed - the gate flanked by two bulls. Drive past this gate and turn left into the estate at the entrance near to the A1 road bridge and follow signposts in the ground for the cricket field (if all else fails keep taking any sensible left junctions!) |

Burnopfield |
Leave the A1 at the Consett junction A694. Follow signposts for Consett (right at the 1st roundabout go under the A1 and straight on at the second roundabout) onto the A694. Turn left in Rowlands Gill up the B6314, signposted Gibbside and Burnopfield. At the t-junction at the top of the bank turn right into Burnopfield. After 100m turn left into the housing estate. The ground is 100m up the road, parking is on the street. |

Leave Ponteland heading towards Newcastle. Follow the A167 to Cowgate and then into the middle of Newcastle A167(M). Take the left lane under the Flyover towards Jesmond and Tynemouth. Go straight on at the next three junctions and follow the road through Jesmond Dene (A1058) and up the bank. Stay in the left lane through the traffic lights and take the first sliproad to the left . Turn left at the junction (A188 Benton Road) and in 100m turn right at the mini roundabout into Etherstone Avenue. Pass the entrance to Sainsbury's on the left. The ground is on the left after 200m |

East Harlsey |
Take A1 to Washington then head across to the A19. Remain on A19 until 10 miles south of Middlesbrough. It is recommended not to turn right at the East Harlsey sign off the A19. Instead continue to the A684 Northallerton / Osmotherley junction. Turn right towards Northallerton, then take the right turn in apprx 200 yards to East Harlsey. The ground is roughly 1/2 mile south of the village on the left hand side, just before the road starts to go up a small hill. |

Eglingham |
Join the A1 northbound until North of Morpeth. Turn left onto the Wooler road (A697). Remain on this road for around 18-20 miles until signposts for Eglingham to the right. Cross over at the crossroads on this minor road at this point the distance to the village increases on the signs! At the t-junction after 2/3 miles turn right. After 1 mile road goes through a high banked area. Turn left through the wooden gate where the bank comes back to road level. Ground is back up to the left. The village is 150m further along the road. The more adventurous may wish to attempt to come through Alnwick on a Sunday on the B6346. Good Luck!! |

Leave Ponteland heading towards Newcastle. Follow the A167 to Cowgate and then into the middle of Newcastle A167(M). Take the left lane under the Flyover towards Jesmond and Tynemouth. Go straight on at the next three junctions and follow the road through Jesmond Dene (A1058) and up the bank. Stay in the left lane through the traffic lights and take the first sliproad to the left . Turn right at the roundabout into Chillingham Road. Approximately 150m down this road turn right into Cartington Terrace. Priors Park, Tynemouth. Ground is off Tynemouth Terrace. Parking is only permitted on Collingwood Terrace and requires a notice in the window stating your the Away Cricket Team playing at Priors Park. Even this won't guarantee that the lovely parking wardens won't stitch you up. |

Leave the A1 South at the A692 Junction to Consett. Remain on the A692 until the junction with the A691 to Lanchester. In Lanchester turn right off the A691 into Front Street. As the road turns sharp left turn right on the corner into Kitswell Road. The ground is around 300m along this road on the right. |

Leave the A1 south at the Consett junction A694. Follow signposts for Consett (right at the 1st roundabout go under the A1 and straight on at the second roundabout) onto the A694. In Ebchester turn left up the very steep bank signposted Leadgate (B6309). Follow this road to Leadgate. Turn right at the traffic lights in the village and after approximately 200m turn right into the housing estate. The ground is on the left. |

Turn left - the ground is in here somewhere on the right. |

Leave the A1 north at Morpeth and head into the town centre. Cross over the river and turn right at the mini roundabout. Turn left at the next roundabout and straight on at the third. Stay on this road (A197) out of Morpeth. Longhirst is approximately 3 miles up this road which becomes the B1337 after the Pegswood Junction. The ground is at Longhirst Hall. Turn 1st left to the second pitch for all matches bar 1XI . The main pitch is straight on. |

At the t-junction turn left followed by right at the mini roundabout. Cross over the A1 roundabout and follow road straight on. At the next mini rounabout turn left onto Broadway West. The ground is on your left. Drive past and turn left into the car park |

Leave Ponteland and join the A69 for 1 junction to Heddon then join the B6528. At the Wylam junction turn left (2 miles) and cross over the river, follow the road up a hill then round a sharp right bend. Turn left signposted Clara Vale. The road starts to descend and takes a left bend into the village. The ground is to the left along a dirt track. |

Leave Ponteland on the Berwick Hill Road. At the T-junction at the end of the road turn right. At the roundabout take the second left (A19). Follow this road south for several miles to large roundabout with traffic lights (Silverlink). Take the 3rd left (still A19) and follow to the next exit. Turn left and go straight on at first roundabout. Turn right at the next, signposted Percy Main. Go under the Metro Line. The road then curves left the back to the right. The ground is on the left through the green metal gates on this corner. |

Riding Mill |
Follow the A69 west towards Hexham when the road reaches a roundabout take the 1st left signposted to Riding Mill (2 miles) on the A68. At the 1st roundabout on the A68 take the third exit, signposted Riding Mill (A695). Before you come into the village you need to turn right into an entrance marked Broomhaugh House. There should be a gate open into the field immediately on your right - parking is on the bank facing you. |

Leave Ponteland heading towards Newcastle. Join the A1 and stay on it to Chester-le-Street. Follow signs for the A167(T) Chester-le-Street. Stay on this road for 3/4 miles. Sacriston is signposted to the right up a bank on the B6312. Stay on this road through Nettlesworth to Sacriston. In the town turn right at the traffic lights. Turn 3rd left off the main street. Ground is 100m ahead. |

Seaton Burn | Leave Ponteland on the Berwick Hill Road. At the T-junction at the end of the road turn right follow this road to the roundabout. Take the third exit towards Seaton Burn. Pass the pub on the left hand side and immediately turn left into the playing fields. Follow this track to the tennis courts to park. | |
Shotley Bridge |
Leave the A1 south at the Consett junction A694. Follow signposts for Consett (right at the 1st roundabout go under the A1 and straight on at the second roundabout) onto the A694. Follow the A694 for 10 miles to Shotley Bridge. As you reach the Town there is a sharp right turn off the main road as the road curves slightly left onto an unmade road. The ground is down this track. |

The ground and the Newcastle Cricket Centre are in the middle of Gosforth High Street. Coming from Ponteland (Gosforth High Street from the North). Turn left at the traffic lights past the shopping centre there is a travel agent on the corner (these are the only non pedestrian lights on the street). Pass the Job Bulman pub on the right and turn right by the gates into the park, into the public car park. (Its free at night) |

Stocksfield | Follow the A69 west towards Hexham. After about 10 miles the carriageway climbs a steady hill. At the top before it drops back down again there is a left turn onto the B6309 signposted Bywell and Stocksfield. Follow this road all the way to the end (crossing the river and passing the station). At the T-junction (A695) turn left to Stocksfield. Drive through the village. Drive past the ground on the left off the main road , turning into the carpark just past it. (Signposted) | Map |

Leave the A1 at the Consett junction A694. Follow signposts for Consett (right at the 1st roundabout go under the A1 and straight on at the second roundabout) onto the A694. About 1/2 a mile down this road turn left, signposted to the Cricket Club. |

Follow the A69 west to Hexham. Turn left at the Hexham roundabout and cross the river. Go straight on at the next roundabout. Take the right fork of the road (the A6079 goes left) onto Alemouth Road. Turn right at the next roundabout onto Haugh Lane. The road then climbs a steep bank. The ground is halfway up on the right along with the Tennis Club. It is signposted and has its own carpark. |

Route avoiding City Centre Head out of Ponteland on the Berwick Hill road and follow all directions for A19 and Tyne Tunnel. At the Silverlink Roundabout turn left onto the A1058/Coast road. Continue to follow the A1058 at the end of the coast road. At the A192 roundabout take the third exit onto A192/Preston Road. Go straight on at the roundabout and after 0.2 miles turn left onto Preston Avenue. The ground is signposted left a short distance down this road. Leave the A1 north at Morpeth and head into the town centre. Cross over the river and turn right at the mini roundabout. Turn left at the next roundabout and straight on at the third. Stay on this road (B1337) out of Morpeth and passed Longhirst to Ulgham.
The Forge pub is on the right and
in the middle of the village turn right before the road bends left. The ground is in the playing fields on the left hand side of the road, beyond the football pitch. |
